The Well Lived Life

What does it mean to truly live well? Being healthy and having good external conditions matter – but is there more to it?

Ironically, an over-focus on ourselves and the drive for self-improvement can leave us feeling tense, dissatisfied and never quite good enough.

In this meditation half-day course with Kadam Adam – through talks and guided meditations – we will explore a fresh perspective on a well-lived life.

What if everything we do – including caring for our own health and wellbeing – comes from a deeper place of self-esteem, inner peace, connection, love, compassion, wisdom and joy?

For centuries, people have flourished in life and positively impacted the lives of others through this inner training taught by Buddha, known as the Bodhisattva’s way of life, or becoming a friend of the world.

We will explore how adopting some or all of this approach can help us live a truly well-lived life, developing the qualities proven to lead to the greatest peace, happiness and ability to benefit others, ultimately leading to enlightenment.
