Surfing Life’s Problems

We all know we can’t avoid difficult people or difficult situations. These are inevitable, especially in the times we are living in. However, we can avoid the normal stress, anxiety and fear, as well as feelings of overwhelm or discouragement, they can all too often generate in us.

In this series of drop-in meditation classes with Kadam Adam at Tara KMC, Templeogue – which are suitable for everyone – through talks and guided meditations we will discover how to look at life and the difficulties we meet from a fresh new perspective.

Like a skilled surfer we will learn how to use the waves of daily problems that come our way, in a way that naturally increases our inner strength, mental and emotional balance, as well as our flexibility and resilience to deal with any and all difficulties.

In this way, we will develop the confidence that we can deepen and stabilise our experience of inner peace, genuine happiness and emotional well-being in daily life, whatever waves of adversity come our way.

Oct 25 – Surfing life’s problem, the key to freedom and happiness
Nov 1 – Being true to the best of who we are, no matter what happens
Nov 8 – Embracing life one day at a time, the key to enjoying each day
Nov 15 – The freedom to find peace and resilience in adversity
Nov 22 – A better way to heal and reset difficult relationships

Following series begins on Nov 29 with Kadam Adam.
