Supreme Good Heart Retreat
Enjoy a relaxing, inspiring and deeply meaningful start to the new year, on this special one day livestream guided meditation retreat, led by Kadam Adam. Learn how to develop and maintain the supreme good heart of love and compassion – known as Bodhichitta – that brings deep peace of mind, happiness and resilience, as well as increasing our capacity to be of true benefit to our friends, family and world.
The retreat will be based on the special presentation of Lamrim (stages of the path to Enlightenment) meditations that are explained in the book ‘Mirror of Dharma’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. The sessions will include brief chanted Buddhist prayers which you can follow or sit back, relax & enjoy. To get the most out of the retreat, we recommend that you attend all 4 sessions. However, you are free to attend one or more sessions if you wish.
Booking Information
Please book at least one hour prior to the start of the retreat. You will then receive an email with a link to the sessions, on the day of the retreat (at least one hour before the retreat begins).
