International Festival – How to be a Kadampa

Everyone is welcome to take part in this International Festival whether an experienced meditator or a complete beginner. This inspiring Festival will emphasise teachings and meditations on Advice from Atisha’s Heart from our two most senior teachers, Gen-la Dekyong & Gen-la Jampa at the beautiful Temple for World Peace in the Lake District in the UK. The week will include teachings, meditations and retreat.
