Stress Less, Smile More
We all wish to smile more, be happier. But often stress, and tension rob us of our natural lightness, and happiness.
In this course, we will explore the real causes of our stress, learn powerful stress-busting techniques derived from timeless Buddhist wisdom, gain experience of helpful methods and meditations to reduce stress, and the confidence to apply these in our daily lives.
All events must be booked in advance. Please book at least 1 hour prior to the start of the event. You will receive an email confirming your booking (at least 1 hour before the event begins). If you can’t pay online, please email us here or phone 01 4927136 to book your place and to arrange cash/card payment on arrival. If attending in-person, please bring along a copy of your booking (on paper/phone). Covid Certs are no longer required. To ensure everyone’s safety during this transition phase, in-person places will continue to be limited. If you have had recent Covid symptoms, please attend the centre at a future date or on livestream.

Kelsang DrolmaLocal teacher for Tara KMC branch in Cork
Kelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.
