Stress Less, Live More (Galway)

Stress may be a normal part of everyday life, yet as we all know, if it goes unchecked and ramps up, these unhealthy levels of stress can seriously undermine our peace of mind, happiness and resilience in daily life. When we learn how to stress less, we discover how we can live more fully, and increasingly peaceful, happier, healthier lives.

In this half-day course with Kadam Adam at the Connacht Hotel, Galway – which is suitable for everyone – through talks and guided meditations, we will learn how to skilfully recognise, reduce and gradually become free of, the underlying causes of unhealthy stress, frustration, anger or feelings of overwhelm within our mind.

We will explore a proven step-by-step method – based on Buddha’s timeless advice – to cultivate a growing capacity to accept, flex and work with and through, the inevitable difficulties we meet in life. We will discover how this moves us from the limitations stress all too often imposes on our lives, to naturally living a bigger, more expansive life of continuous possibility, as well as ever increasing inner peace, happiness and resilience.
