Stress Less, Enjoy Life

We all know that stressing out about things just makes them worse, yet may feel we have no choice but to stress and worry when we meet challenging situations and people.  In this online livestream series, learn how we can change this, stress less, and enjoy life more, from the inside-out.

Discover how our stress does not come from outside, rather it comes from our response to the difficulties we meet. Learn meditations and insights into the mind – that Buddha taught – that help us uncover where our stressful responses come from, and let them go. Instead, we will explore how we can consistently respond to life’s challenges with a calm, clear and flexible mind, free of stress, and live with genuine peace, happiness and resilience, no matter what comes our way in the year(s) ahead.

Jan 05 – Where our stress comes from, and the peace and joy of letting go
Jan 12 – Know your mind, the solution to stress less and enjoy life more
Jan 19 – Responding to difficult situations with peace, flexibility and resilience
Jan 26 – Overcoming conflict, building harmony in relationships
