We all know that stressing out about things just makes them worse, yet may feel we have no choice but to stress and worry when we meet challenging situations and people. In this online livestream series, learn how we can change this, stress less, and enjoy life more, from the inside-out.
Discover how our stress does not come from outside, rather it comes from our response to the difficulties we meet. Learn meditations and insights into the mind – that Buddha taught – that help us uncover where our stressful responses come from, and let them go. Instead, we will explore how we can consistently respond to life’s challenges with a calm, clear and flexible mind, free of stress, and live with genuine peace, happiness and resilience, no matter what comes our way in the year(s) ahead.

Kadam Adam has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years under the guidance of the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam spent many years teaching in the UK and in Europe before returning home to Ireland, where he now teaches extensively throughout the country, as well as internationally. He teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for our times.
