Worry is a common response to things we have little or no control over yet worry itself never solves problems! By consuming our mental energy and filling our time with endless troubling thoughts, we can find ourselves exhausted and overwhelmed- even before anything happens! On this course, discover a deeper understanding of why we worry so much and learn meditation techniques that allow us to unlearn this bad mental habit, become more peaceful and happier and enjoy every moment of our life.
Everyone welcome. No previous experience necessary.

Kelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.
