Our busy lives and the uncertain times we live in, can quite naturally leave us feeling tired, stressed, and in an almost constant state of worry leading to increasing anxiety.
In this series of meditation classes with Kadam Adam – at Dalkey Castle – discover how, through training in meditation and mindfulness, we will discover powerful and practical methods to let go of these unhealthy – often debilitating – feelings and emotions.
In their place, we will learn how to develop and maintain genuinely positive, peaceful and resilient states of mind, so that we can truly enjoy our lives and become fearless in the face of life’s challenges.
