Our busy lives and the uncertain times we live in can quite naturally leave us feeling tired, stressed, and in an almost constant state of worry, leading to increasing anxiety.
In this series of meditation classes with Kadam Adam, discover how, through training in meditation and mindfulness, we will discover powerful and practical methods to let go of these unhealthy – often debilitating – feelings and emotions.

Walk-ins welcome. You can pay at the door (cash/card) or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper. Kadam Adam has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years under the guidance of the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam spent many years teaching in the UK and in Europe before returning home to Ireland, where he now teaches extensively throughout the country, as well as internationally. He teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for our times.
