A Special Event in the City – Stop Overthinking, Find Real Happiness

Join us in Dublin city centre for this special evening talk and guided meditation with international teacher of meditation and Buddhism Kadam Adam.

We can all get caught in a loop of overthinking, worry and even catastrophising, whether for a minute, a day or months – it’s human!

Yet there are proven methods of training the mind that people from all walks of life have been training in for centuries to break free from that debilitating habit of mind, over time.

During this inspiring evening with Kadam Adam, discover how.

We will also explore how to transform our experience of any and all days – the good days, the tough days – into a life of increasing peace of mind and real happiness by getting to know our mind and changing how we view any and all situations, in a way that leads to deeper peace and joy in everyday life.

This event will be followed by a 3 week course for those who wish to deepen their understanding and experience of the key themes and practices discussed. Details here.
