Solutions for Anxiety & Worry

In these challenging times most of us are experiencing the discomfort of anxiety. It can affect us in many ways; tiredness, irritability, loss of confidence, the list goes on and on. Anxiety can also lead to physical and mental sickness.

But we don’t have to go there! Buddha’s teachings give practical advice on how to bring our mind under control. Through taking the teachings to heart, and with relaxing meditations, we can find our way out of these painful states of mind and begin to live a life free from from worry, anxiety and the many daily problems these negative states of mind create.

Each class includes two guided meditations, a teaching, and an opportunity for questions. No previous experience required.

Booking Information

Please book at least one hour prior to the start of the class. You will then receive an email with a link to the livestream class, on the day of the class (at least one hour before the class begins).

Can’t attend the livestream class? No problem, the recording is available on demand for 48 hours after class, to those who book by Wednesday 6pm. Please email us if you require this link.
