Roadmap for a New & Better Normal
The challenges we meet in our lives and world these days can be difficult to navigate in a healthy and optimistic way.
In this meditation half-day course with Kadam Adam, we will explore a possible roadmap for everyone, for a new and better normal that leads to true peace of mind, happiness and connection with others, as well as a deeper sense of meaning, purpose and optimism in our everyday lives
This roadmap Buddha called the Bodhisattva’s way of life. A Bodhisattva is a friend of the world, someone we all have the potential to become and who lives from a place of genuine love, compassion, wisdom and fearlessness.
They see life as a path of inner growth, development and altruism that leads to the deepest inner peace, happiness and freedom from suffering, ultimately to the realisation of our highest potential for enlightenment.
We will explore practical ways we can all embrace some (or all) aspects of this way of life and bring a new found sense of joy, meaning and purpose to our everyday lives, as well as an ever increasing ability to be of real benefit to others and our world.
