Riverwalk & Meditation
PLEASE BOOK BY NOON ON THURSDAY
Join us for a friendly community walk along the Dodder on Saturday, September 26.
Starting at Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre in Dublin at 11am, we’ll follow the beautiful River Dodder, passing the Riverside Cottages and making our way to Morille’s Café on Orwell Road.
Along the way, we’ll pause in Orwell Park for a short guided meditation with Kadam Adam (bring something small to sit on!), giving us a chance to slow down, enjoy the surroundings and take a break from the busyness of everyday life.
At Morille’s, we’ll stop for a coffee before heading back along the Dodder to the centre.
Whether you’re new to Tara KMC or already part of our community, this is a lovely opportunity to meet people, enjoy some fresh air and experience a little of the natural beauty Dublin has to offer.
Please book your free place online.
