Join us for one of our new signature meditation retreats. The ideal peaceful morning relaxation getaway. Especially suitable for those new to meditation and those who want to dedicate some time at the weekend to relax and refresh, through meditation.
The morning retreat includes simple & deeply relaxing guided meditations. Also, we will explore some brief, practical advice on how to develop and maintain a sense of inner peace, happiness & well-being in everyday life.
Walk-ins welcome. You can pay at the door (cash/card) or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper.
