Join us for one of our new signature, online livestream meditation retreats. The ideal peaceful morning relaxation getaway. Especially suitable for those new to meditation and those who want to dedicate some time at the weekend to relax and refresh, through meditation. The morning retreat includes simple & deeply relaxing guided meditations. Also, we will explore some brief, practical advice on how to develop and maintain a sense of inner peace, happiness & well-being in everyday life.
Please book at least one hour prior to the start of the retreat. You will then receive an email with a link to the sessions, on the day of the retreat (at least one hour before the retreat begins).
