Refuge Retreat

Everyone is welcome to join this one day meditation retreat – led by Kadam Adam – where we will emphasise the training in the inspiring meditations on Buddhist refuge, the basis of the Buddhist way of life. In this practice we go for refuge in our heart to the three jewels Buddha, Dharma and Sangha as a powerful method to find freedom from suffering and problems and to cultivate deep peace and happiness, for both ourselves and others.

The retreat will include beautiful Buddhist prayers and guided meditations. Kadam Adam will give commentary to the practice and lead the guided meditations. It is recommended that we attend all three sessions on the day to get the most benefit from the retreat. If you cannot attend the whole retreat, you are welcome to attend one or two sessions.
