Meditation & The Pursuit of Happiness (Limerick)

THIS EVENT IS POSTPONED. PLEASE SEE DETAILS OF OUR NEXT COURSE AT THIS LINK HERE

Discover the power of meditation and improving our mindfulness in daily life, to enable everyone to find greater inner peace, happiness and inner wellbeing in everyday life.

In this Friday evening public talk (and relaxing guided meditation), at the Absolute Hotel, Limerick city – which is suitable for everyone – Kadam Adam will explain how it’s possible for us all to accomplish this, in time. Whilst we all want to be happy and free from problems, we find it hard to find the deeper, more consistent peace of mind, happiness and fulfilment in life, that we would all love to have.

We will explore how meditation enables us to change this, and discover the potential for greater inner peace, happiness and wellbeing that lies within all of us. We will explore how we can all learn to meditate, improve our mindfulness in daily life, and cultivate a new found and stable inner peace, happiness, resilience and positive energy to bring to all the areas of our life, from the “inside-out”.
