The Power to Change
Note:- Attend in person at our new meditation centre in Dublin or livestream
At this time of year it’s a good opportunity to reflect on positive changes we wish to make in our lives in the year ahead. In this series of meditation classes with Kadam Adam, we will explore how a truly happy, energized and fulfilling life is not simply about what we want to do in 2022, but who we want to be in 2022, and beyond
Do any of us want to be the kind of person who still feels susceptible to anxiety? stress? anger? unhappiness? Of course not. However, at present we may feel it’s not possible for us to really change and become free of these unhelpful tendencies, especially with the challenges we face in our lives and world right now.
In this series, we will learn clear and practical steps for everyday life that Buddha taught – known as the Four Powers of Joyful Effort – that will give us the power to envision and bring about deep and lasting positive change in our hearts and lives. In this way, we will develop the confidence we can become the person we wish to be and live a life of ever increasing inner freedom, peace of mind, happiness and resilience, whatever the future holds.
