Harnessing the Power of Intention
It’s possible to shape a life of increasing inner peace, genuine happiness and fulfilment.
The confidence to do so comes from living intentionally, one day at a time.
Instead of defaulting to habits of mind and behaviours that don’t serve us or others well, we can learn to live by design, intentionally creating the life we want to live.
In this morning of practical wisdom and guided meditations with Kadam Adam, discover the time-tested methods Buddha taught for everyone, to help us live more intentionally.
What you’ll take away:-
– The freedom to change, through understanding karma
– How to live by design, not default
– How to let go of unhelpful habits and live intentionally, whatever happens
– How to cultivate qualities such as healthy self-esteem, loving kindness, compassion , wisdom, patience and resilience, that lead to greater peace of mind, happiness and meaning in life
– How to live one day at a time
– Meditations to support us living more intentionally
