The Power of
Love and Empathy
Note: Attend in person at our new meditation centre in Dublin or livestream
We all know that we ourselves, our family, friends and our world (at this challenging time), could really benefit from those who are able to live with more authentic and consistent love, empathy and resilience in everyday life.
Buddha explained how everyone – without exception – has the potential to become that person more and more every day, and discover the deep peace of mind, happiness and growing sense of meaning & purpose to our lives, that comes from living this way.
Each week, in these meditation classes – with Kadam Adam – we will learn a meditation and approach to daily life that will empower us to live and act with a deeper and more consistent love, empathy and resilience, no matter what we meet in our life and relationships. The meditations and practises for daily life – suitable for everyone – will be based on the inspiring book ‘The New Eight Steps to Happiness, the Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Nov 18 – Meditation and the key to happiness, love and empathy
Nov 25 – Feeling connection with others, overcoming feelings of loneliness
Dec 02 – The power and benefits, of cherishing the ones you’re with
Dec 09 – Letting go of obstacles to loving others
Dec 16 – Improving our view of, and connection with, those we love
