The Power To Change

Whilst the wish to change, to grow, to be truly happy is common to all of us, all too often the process of implementing positive change in our lives can be profoundly frustrating for most of us.

In this new series of weekly talks and guided meditations with Kadam Adam – which are suitable for everyone – we will explore how to unlock the consistent positive energy, relaxed effort and power to affect deep and lasting positive change in our hearts and lives.

We will explore meditations and practices for daily life to continually deepen and strengthen our self-confidence in our potential to become the person we wish to be, whether it’s to be more consistently open, relaxed, loving, kind, empathic or emotionally healthy, happy, resilient and fearless.

We will explore Buddha’s timeless advice on how to recognise and let go of the inner obstacles to change, the often entrenched limiting beliefs, insecurities and ways of thinking that hold us back from making deep and lasting change in our lives. Through this, we open the door to viewing life as a continual process of growth and development, a truly inspired, peaceful and happy life.
