Making Peace with the Past, Embracing the Future
We can’t change the past, but we can make peace with it. While the future is uncertain, we can learn to accept and be at ease with whatever comes.
By living more fully in the present, we can guide our lives towards a future of increasing inner peace, genuine happiness and fulfilment, free from past burdens.
Join visiting teacher Kadam Adam for this special event – a morning of inspiring talks and guided meditations, suitable for everyone – to discover how.
We will explore meditations and practical advice for daily life – that Buddha taught for everyone – to learn how to move beyond the past, live more fully now, and discover the freedom and confidence to create a life we love, one day at a time.
As a result, we can find greater groundedness, ease, inner peace, happiness and resilience today, along with genuine optimism for the future.
What you’ll takeaway:-
– Peace with the past – Learn how to let go of past burdens and find emotional freedom.
– Presence and ease – Practical tools to live more fully in the present moment.
– Confidence for the future – Greater resilience, optimism and trust in your ability to shape a rich and fulfilling life.
