In this live-streamed series of meditation classes – perfect both for newcomers and those with more experience – we will explore the relationship between meditation, happiness and a deeper sense of purpose in our everyday lives.
Meditation teaches everyone how to access and maintain inner joy, even when experiencing difficult times. Learning how to connect to the natural peace and joy within our mind opens us up to recognising and identifying with the potential for inner peace, happiness, love and other good qualities that exist within each and everyone of us.
This empowers us with a sense of purpose in our life, an inner drive to actualise our inner potential so that we can be of real benefit to our family, friends and world. The emphasis will be on how to integrate these practices with every aspect of our life: work, family, friends, down-time etc.

Kadam Adam has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years under the guidance of the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam spent many years teaching in the UK and in Europe before returning home to Ireland, where he now teaches extensively throughout the country, as well as internationally. He teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for our times.
