Life is ever changing. Our world is unpredictable. It’s easy to feel unsettled by it all at times. Yet, in the midst of all this change and uncertainty it’s possible to feel grounded, at peace and genuinely happy. Start the new year from a place of possibility and genuine optimism for the year(s) ahead, with this new series of weekly drop-in talks and guided meditations with Kadam Adam. Discover insights and practises – that Buddha taught for everyone – to make this our best year yet.

Jan 6 – Feeling grounded, at ease and happy, in an unpredictable world
Jan 13 – The courage and confidence to change, living our best year yet
Jan 20 – Unlocking resilience, from struggle to freedom and strength
Jan 27 – Change your mind, transform your life, change your world

Note: Each class in the series is self-contained, so you can either attend the entire series or drop in to any class, any week. There’s also an opportunity to stay back for a cuppa and chat after class if you wish, in what’s always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
