Lamrim Retreat – A Path to Truth, Freedom & Joy Retreat

Begin the new year with clarity and inspiration on this special urban Buddhist meditation retreat with Kadam Adam.

Across the weekend, we’ll explore practical meditations from Buddha’s popular ‘Four Noble Truths’ — timeless teachings that reveal how to become increasingly free of mental and emotional suffering and uncover a growing sense of inner freedom, confidence, and joy in everyday life.

With regular practice, these meditations and practices for daily life can become a clear path to deep and lasting inner peace and genuine happiness—what Buddha called Nirvana.

What to expect:-

- Each session includes a short talk, guided meditation, and brief uplifting Buddhist prayers to support the experience. There will also be time for Q&A.
– You’re welcome to join any session, though newcomers may benefit most from attending the full weekend.
