Lamrim Retreat – A Path to Freedom & Happiness
Enjoy a restorative, inspiring and deeply meaningful start to the new year, on this weekend Lamrim meditation retreat, led by Kadam Adam at Tara KMC, Templeogue, Dublin.
Explore the proven meditations and practises for daily life – known as the Lamrim (stages of the path to enlightenment) – to cultivate our potential for the wisdom, love and compassion in our hearts, that leads to increasing peace, happiness and freedom from suffering in our lives, and – in time – the lives of those we love.
Everyone is warmly welcome to attend. Each session will include a talk and guided meditation (including brief Buddhist prayers, to help us prepare for meditation) and there will also be time for Q&A over the weekend. You can attend on a session by session basis or attend the full weekend to get maximum benefit from the retreat.
