How to Stop Overthinking, and Find Real Happiness
We can all get caught in a loop of overthinking, worry and even catastrophising, whether for a minute, a day or months – it’s human!
Yet there are proven methods of training the mind – that Buddha taught – that people from all walks of life have been training in for centuries to break free from that debilitating habit of mind, over time.
Drop-in on any or all Tuesdays during this extended series, for an evening of guided meditations and practical advice with Kadam Adam, to discover how.
We will also explore how to transform our experience of any and all days – the good days, the tough days – into a life of increasing peace of mind and real happiness by getting to know our mind and changing how we view any and all situations, in a way that leads to deeper peace and joy in everyday life.
Sep 1 – How to stop getting lost in your thoughts and find peace of mind
Sep 8 – How to make difficult days easier
Sep 15 – How to build a happier, more peaceful mind, one day at a time
Sep 22 – Getting to know your mind: the key to freedom from overthinking
Sep 29 – Clear sky mind, unlocking your potential for peace and happiness
Oct 6 – Change your mind, change your world
