New Outlook, New You
Take some time out, and drop in, in-person or online for this special New Year’s Eve meditation workshop with Kadam Adam. Step out of 2021, and into a brand new 2022 with a fresh perspective, genuine optimism and confidence that we can all move forward with our lives and experience an upcoming year(s) of authentic personal growth, inner peace, happiness and inner freedom, whatever the year ahead brings us.
We will explore how to recognise and release the inner obstacles that normally prevent us making deep and lasting positive change in our lives. We will also explore how an understanding of the law of Karma can give us the confidence, focus and energy to continually create the life we long for.
