New Year, New Direction

It’s fair to say, for most of us 2020 has been a tough year. In this online livestream meditation workshop with Kadam Adam, take some time out to step back from it all, relax, reflect and refocus on how we can move our lives in a better direction in 2021. Discover how we can all live the life we want and find a deeper sense of peace of mind, happiness and emotional well-being in the year(s) ahead.

We will explore Buddhas’ inspiring insights into the psychology of self transformation and the meditation practises that help us connect to, and cultivate the extraordinary potential for peace, happiness and positive change that lies within everyone’s hearts and minds. We will also learn how to let go of those habits of mind, and often hidden self-limiting beliefs, that hold us back from making the positive changes in our lives that we long for.

Booking Information

Please book at least one hour prior to the start of the workshop. You will then receive an email with a link to the sessions, on the day of the workshop (at least one hour before the workshop begins).  

Can’t attend the workshop? No problem, the recording is available on demand for 48 hours afterwards, to those who book by Sat 16 Jan @ 9:00am.  Please email us if you require this link.

    Resident Teacher at Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre in Dublin

    Kadam Adam has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years under the guidance of the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

    Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam spent many years teaching in the UK and in Europe before returning home to Ireland, where he now teaches extensively throughout the country, as well as internationally. He teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for our times.
