A New Way of Being
The New Year is a symbol of possibility. It is a time we can reinvent and re imagine ourselves.
Imagine relating to your life in a fresh new way, unburdened by the past. In this course we will train in methods derived from ancient Buddhist wisdom to move from habitual unhelpful ways of being into a new way of being, where we are not distracted by ruminations on the past or worries about the future, but centered in the here and now. We will learn how to integrate these changes in our daily lives so we can bring in small, profound and lasting changes in our life – experiencing a whole new way of being
Each class includes two guided meditations, a teaching, and an opportunity for questions. No previous experience required. Everyone is welcome.
Jan 5 – Intentions, wishes, energy
Jan 12 – Transforming from anger to calm
Jan 19 – Transforming from craving to contentment
