As we step out of lockdown, and into an uncertain future, discover how we can all move forward with our lives – free of the burden of the past year – and confident we are moving everyday, towards a life of ever increasing inner peace, happiness and resilience.
In this series of livestream meditation classes with Kadam Adam, we will learn powerful meditations and practises for daily life that enable everyone to tap into the natural resources of peace, joy and positive energy that we all have within our minds.
We will also learn proven methods to create deep and lasting positive change in our lives, that will give us the confidence we can develop and maintain a deeper peace of mind, genuine happiness and emotional well-being, no matter what the future holds.

Please book at least one hour prior to the start of the class. You will then receive an email with a link to the livestream class, on the day of the class (at least one hour before the class begins).
Can’t attend the livestream class? No problem, the recording is available on demand for 48 hours after class, to those who book by Tuesday 6pm. Please email us if you require this link.

Kadam Adam StarrResident Teacher at Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre in Dublin
Kadam Adam has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years under the guidance of the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam spent many years teaching in the UK and in Europe before returning home to Ireland, where he now teaches extensively throughout the country, as well as internationally. He teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for our times.
