Buddha’s life and advice reveal a blueprint for everyone, to awaken our fullest potential for inner peace and happiness. Over 2,600 after his passing, his example and guidance still resonate as a contemporary solution to the many challenges we all face in our modern lives.
In this workshop, we will explore core insights and practices of Buddhism, from meditation and mindfulness, to understanding where our suffering comes from and how we can become free from it, and ultimately how we can come to enjoy lasting peace of mind and happiness. This relaxed and insightful morning – suitable for everyone – will include guided meditations and talks on the benefits that come from integrating Buddha’s advice into our everyday lives.
Walk-ins welcome. You can pay at the door (cash/card) or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper.
