Meditation for Daily Life
Our Meditation for Daily Life series provides practical advice on how everyone can learn to meditate. For beginners it will offer guidelines on how to begin a daily meditation practice. This series will also allow those with previous experience develop and deepen their existing practice. We will learn meditations to relax body and mind and achieve inner peace and mental clarity. Through this experience, we will develop an inner resilience in the face of life’s challenges and a kind and patient attitude towards others.
This series also consists of advice on how to integrate our meditation into our busy daily life. We will explore how meditation is not confined to our meditation session; it can permeate our whole life. Seeing how our meditation practice effects our external activities, which in turn affect our meditation, we can learn to create a positive cycle without any gap between meditation and daily life.
This Wednesday evening class is a perfect opportunity to pause, meditate and refresh midweek. Everybody is welcome.

Walk-ins welcome. You can pay at the door (cash/card) or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper.
