Managing Stress, Building Resilience (Cork)

In these classes with Buddhist nun Kelsang Drolma, you will learn powerful meditations that will help to give you tools to deal with the difficulties and challenges that life presents. This will help you to face your life with more confidence, resilience and inner strength.
These classes will cover:

- Meditations that protect you from negative reactions
- Ways to increase your confidence, resilience and sense of calm
Suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.

- Kelsang DrolmaLocal teacher for Tara KMC branch in Cork
Kelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.
