Love & Gratitude Retreat

NEW EVENT FEB 10 – Take some time out to deeply relax and recharge on this newly scheduled morning meditation retreat with Kadam Adam at Tara KMC, Dublin, which is suitable for everyone.

Discover meditations and practices for daily life – that Buddha taught for everyone – to deepen and strengthen our love for the people we share our lives with, whether it’s our partner, family or friends.

We will also explore how to develop and maintain a genuine feeling of gratitude and joy for what’s good in our lives, and a deeper, more consistent feeling of connection, respect and gratitude for the people we share our lives with.

We will explore how we can unlock our potential to live from a deeper warmth, affection and love in our hearts, no matter what’s happening in our lives and relationships, and discover how it’s possible – in time – to extend that warmth, affection and love to everyone we meet.

Through this we can open the door to cultivating new found levels of inner peace, happiness and positive energy to fully enjoy our lives and relationships.
