Love Without Pain
We all love the feeling of love – whether it’s for our partner, family or friends – yet all too often our love for others comes with a fair degree of pain and heartbreak.
In this meditation workshop – with Kadam Adam – we will explore how the problem has never been our love for others. In reality, it’s that our present love is often mixed with unrealistic expectations of others (and ourselves), and the habit of grasping too tightly at what we want.
Learn how we can all recognise and let go of these painful habits of mind, and open the door to experiencing a far deeper and more stable love for everyone we meet. We will also learn a special practice – that Buddha taught – known as equalising and exchanging self with others, that can help anyone find a very deep and consistent love, peace of mind and happiness in everyday life
