Treat yourself to this Meditation day retreat guided by Buddhist nun Kelsang Drolma. It is an ideal opportunity to unplug, and unwind in this idyllic setting in Youghal.
Nurturing love in our heart heals our relationship with ourself, our family and friends, and, ultimately, our world. Buddha taught special methods whereby in meditation we learn to tune into our own capacity for love, to nurture it and expand it, opening it to more and more people (and animals). In this retreat Kelsang Drolma will guide us in these heart enriching meditations and explain how we can apply them to solving the various problems in our lives.

Kelsang DrolmaLocal teacher for Tara KMC branch in CorkKelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.
