Whether we feel burdened by life or live each day lightly and worry free, very much depends on how we view ourselves, others and the world around us. Buddha taught special ways to view everything and everyone we meet in our lives, that enables us to live with an increasing sense of ease, peace and lightness of being, free of the normal worries and stress we can all get stuck in at times. In this online workshop – with Kadam Adam – learn proven meditations and practices for daily life, to help us all accomplish this.

Kadam Adam StarrResident Teacher at Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre in Dublin
Kadam Adam has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years under the guidance of the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam spent many years teaching in the UK and in Europe before returning home to Ireland, where he now teaches extensively throughout the country, as well as internationally. He teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for our times.
