Living In The Moment

‘Living in the moment’, It sounds simple — yet we all know that worrying about the future, carrying old hurts and regrets with respect to the past, and the noise of daily life can pull us out of the present.

Join Kadam Adam for a morning of talks and guided meditations that reveal how Buddha’s insights into impermanence — the ever-changing nature of ourselves, others, and life — can help us let go, lighten up, and meet each new moment with increasing clarity, presence and ease.

What we’ll take away:-

– How to release the past and reconnect with the here and now
– How to let go of worry and anxiety about what’s ahead
– How to understand impermanence — and discover the freedom in embracing change
– How to bring more peace, presence, and ease into everyday life
