Living Our Best Life 2024

NOTE: Whilst walk-ins are welcome on the day of the course, at this point we cannot guarantee a place on the day for walk-ins, as the event is proving popular. Therefore we would advise advance booking online (see below), or via email or phone to guarantee a place at this event.

Start the new year with a fresh perspective on how to make authentic positive change in our hearts and lives – one day at a time – and find a deeper experience of inner calm, clarity and genuine happiness in 2024 and beyond!

In this half-day mediation course with Kadam Adam – which is suitable for everyone – through talks and guided meditations, we will explore how to identify and let go of the limiting beliefs that hold us back from living our best lives. Learn how to harness the power of our imagination to envision and actualise a truly inspired and happy life, from the inside-out.

We will explore meditations and practises for daily life that enable us to tap into our own inner resources of peace, happiness and good qualities of the heart. We will learn how to unlock new levels of positive energy in everyday life and cultivate our potential to live from there throughout our life.
