We all want to enjoy our life, live a meaningful,  purposeful life, and genuinely love ourself and others.  We crave this enjoyment, and harmony in our relationships.  Often we think it’s just a dream, not a real possibility.  The good news is, it is possible,  Very possible for us to live, laugh, love, and be happy.
In this series of classes, Kelsang Drolma will teach us a Buddhist perspective on how to accomplish this in our life.  How to deeply connect  to our incredible potential for joy, and laughter.  Treat yourself to this time to explore and learn how to relate to yourself and others in a new positive way

Each class is self-contained and is also presented as part of a series. Drop into any class.
Classes are suitable for beginners, absolutely no previous meditation experience needed and no special clothing is required.
