Life as Limitless
Although we all want to change and grow in our lives, we can often feel stuck in the habit of relating to ourselves and life in quite a fixed and limited way. In this meditation day retreat – with Kadam Adam – we will explore how to change this, and discover how that limiting perspective on life is always based on a mistaken apprehension of things, including ourselves.
We will explore meditations on how to experience the true nature of reality, that Buddha called emptiness. In particular, we will learn how to apply this profound wisdom practically to daily life, in a way that leads us to experience our life as one of limitless creativity, flexibility and possibility. We will explore how this naturally frees us up to move beyond old wounds and unhelpful behaviours, as well as to envision and accomplish the truly happy and deeply fulfilling life we want.
Walk-ins welcome. You can pay at the door (cash/card) or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper.
