Lighter, Finding Freedom Within
Imagine a day where you feel unburdened by unhealthy stress, anxiety, anger and negativity, as well as free of background mental busyness and agitation. A day where you simply feel lighter, more consistently happy and free. Whilst that may seem like a fantasy today, it can become a reality for all of us, more and more day by day.
In this meditation day course with Kadam Adam at Tara KMC, Dublin – which is suitable for everyone – we will explore where our unhelpful habits of mind and the painful emotions they all too often generate come from. We will explore what is authentic self-compassion, and how it can lead to deep peace of mind and inner freedom.
We will learn a practical and profoundly liberating step-by-step approach – that Buddha taught for everyone – to becoming increasingly free of unhealthy habits of mind and the painful emotions they can generate.
We will explore how meditation can help everyone experience a consistently calm, clear and unburdened mind, a mind like a clear sky! We will discover how this leads to a new found lightness of being, positive energy and inner freedom to enjoy an increasingly peaceful, happy and unburdened life.
