Life’s Too Short To Worry

When we learn to accept and be at peace with the reality that we will all die one day, we come to let go of worrying so much about tomorrow, and instead feel truly alive and energised to live our best life today.

In this morning meditation course with Kadam Adam, discover meditations and insights – that Buddha taught for everyone – to help us all skillfully face and in time overcome our normal fear of dying. Learn how this opens the door to us being able to let go of worrying so much about the future or dwelling too much on the past.

Instead, over time, we will discover a new found freedom to wake up everyday with an increasingly light, unburdened mind and relaxed focus to live from a place of increasing openness, inner peace and genuine happiness each day, to fully enjoy our life and relationships, one day at a time.
