Letting Go, To Grow
Whether it’s a limiting belief, painful emotion or unhelpful habit, we can learn to let them go. In this series of talks & guided meditations with Kadam Adam, we have added some new topics for September, to discover how it’s possible and how this opens a door to new possibilities, personal growth and increasing joy in life.
Sep 10 | Letting go of overthinking, worry and anxiety – Learn steps to let go of all three, and live from a place of inner calm, clarity & fearlessness.
Sep 17 | Letting go of the inner critic – Discover how to let go of that inner critical voice and be truly at peace and happy with who we are, warts and all!
Sep 24 | Letting go of craving and distraction – Learn steps to let go of both and live from a place of inner freedom, joy and contentment (with guest teacher Anne Crehan)
Oct 1 | Letting go of frustration, anger and resentment – Learn how to let go of all three and cultivate a new found peace of mind, flexibility & inner strength (with guest teacher Anne Crehan)
