Letting Go of the Past (Cork)
We often have trouble letting go of experiences from the past. Holding onto the past can often affect the way we view ourselves and others. It can also damage our confidence and affect how we respond to current situations. We can remain trapped in a state of sadness, anger and hurt and this limits our ability to live our life to the fullest.
In this half day course with Kelsang Drolma, we will explore different methods taught by Buddha to help us free ourselves from what is holding us back. We will explore and experience in meditation how these practices of letting go can unleash real joy and a confidence to move forward free of the past, and focused on creating the truly happy and meaningful life we want moment by moment.
Walk-ins welcome. You can pay cash at the door or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper.
