A Life Beyond Self-Criticism & Guilt

We all make mistakes. No one can be perfect all the time. Yet, we can often be our harshest critic when we’re not. Also, it’s all too easy to carry unhealthy feelings of guilt and inadequacy for the mistakes we’ve made, or the events of our lives, as well as feelings of shame for how we think that reflects on us.

We can all move beyond these unhealthy emotions and self-criticism and be truly at peace with ourselves and life. In this meditation day course with Kadam Adam – which is suitable for everyone – we will learn how to.

We will learn how these feelings of guilt and shame as well as self-criticism, are all based on a mistaken way of relating to ourselves and life. We will explore how to change this, based on exploring the truth of who we are, and how this leads to healthy self-esteem and self-confidence, as well as increasing inner peace and joy in life.

This event will be livetreamed for members.
