The Art of Letting Go & Embracing Change (Cork)

Learn how to let go and move on from what holds you back in life. Whether it’s a challenging change or even a positive one, we can all too often resist it. We feel attached to things staying as they are, even when it becomes clear they can’t, or even when our current situation, habits or behaviours are not serving us well anymore.  We often find ourselves stuck in a mental rut, unable to let go of painful experiences. It can feel impossible to truly forgive our own and others’ mistakes, or to feel optimistic about the future.

 

In this 4-week course, Kelsang Drolma will share a Buddhist approach to letting go of what no longer serves us and how to move forward with clarity and confidence. We will explore how we can become flexible and go with the flow by recognising that the things we hold onto and worry about are in a state of constant change. The more we live within the experience of the truth of impermanence, the more we can reduce our mental clinging, relax, and truly let go.
