Learn to Meditate, at Home
When you can’t go out, why not go in! and take the opportunity to drop-in on these weekly classes and learn how to meditate, or upgrade your current meditation practice, from the comfort of your own home. We all have the potential to become accomplished meditators and to find a deep and stable inner peace and happiness, through this time honoured practise.
Each week in these drop-in sessions, we will combine training in various meditation practises with advice to help us continually improve our meditation skill set and experience.
These sixty minute sessions, will help us establish and maintain a deeply enjoyable and rewarding meditation practice, whether we are brand new to meditation, or have been meditating for years and feel our practice could do with an upgrade.
In this way, we will make progress in the journey of learning how to master the art of meditation, and come to experience the profound and positive benefits of a regular meditation practice, an ever increasing, deep and stable experience of inner calm, peace of mind and genuine happiness, from the inside-out.
Please book at least one hour prior to the start of the class. You will then receive an email with a link to the livestream class, on the day of the class (at least one hour before the class begins).

This event will be led by Adam Starr, Resident Teacher at Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre. Adam has many years of experience as a qualified Kadampa meditation teacher. Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam spend many years teaching in the UK and Europe before returning home to Ireland. Adam teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for daily life.
